Private Residence, Red Creek NY
This client tasked us with a renovation and addition project to their 19th century farmhouse. We added a master bathroom addition as well as an addition for a larger kitchen space, walk-in pantry and foyer. The existing residence was 1,600 sf and with the additional 1,206 SF of living space, it brings this home up to 2,806 SF! We also added an 800 SF attached two car garage - because no one wants to scrap snow off their car everyday in a New York winter!!
